see, I have the reverse problem. I wear jeans no matter what. Wore them to walk around the State Fair yesterday. I used to have the ultimate chicken legs, so I think I have a complex about showing anything below the knees.
@constantine, @krazykritter: You are obviously maladjusted individuals, lol , but then neither do I wear shorts at all regardless of weather. Temperatures 10..15C or 50..60F are a bit cold to me even tho I'm born and bred at these subarctic latitudes. :)
I'm in a fucked up position. I wear one sweater and I'm still cold, I wear two sweaters and I'm over heating. My lamb skin jacket from way back when in my obese (140 kilo) doesn't fit me anymore, but that thing can keep me warm in any condition.
And I've got a t-shirt, turtleneck (or "polo" as we Finns call it) and a long-sleaved shirt on me now. All made of cotton but an average person would prolly leave one layer off of my set. But I'm not an average Finn ;)
@stefan & @everyone: layer! Layer your clothes! Thats the way to beat the cold..get too hot? Take a layer off....get too cold? Put it back on!
Looking forward to my trip to Espoo in October...and some lapin kulta...Stefan: get some dinner in Rafello's. Great food..near the Nokia Store..round the corner from Kalle 12..
