    the jaiku crowd was more dependable, twitter crowd is still too new and relationships too fragile to make any conclusions at this point.

    This just goes to show that any strategy based on forcing your entire social circle to use the same piece of software is fundamentally doomed.

    The only viable solutions is federation.

    @slux: well, considering it hasn't been open for more than about a week, and marketing has been word-of-mouth only (afaik), it's not really a huge surprise that the bulk of users on Qaiku is finnish.
